"Since the AI v1.70 contains so many bugs and many people (including myself) demand a better version, I've decided to release a better version of it. The v1.71 is simply a (hopely) bug-free version of v1.70.

Why is it still v6.27b? Because IceFrog suggested that I should wait for another milestone release to be made an AI."

1.70 to 1.71
- Add -cs, -csboardon, -csboardoff as they work in DotA v6.28+
- Fix Scourge's bottom-right-corner bug.
- Fix AI skill-usage-bug, such as Void, Grave Chill, Craggy Exterior, Chain Frost, Warpath, and some more.
- Fix Techies' Suicide.
- Fix Tiny's disappearing bug.
- Now player cannot give item to AI.
